At Fangamer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and include the packing slip or a note with your order details inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
