When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your local regulations.
How should I care for my Fangamer apparel?
To preserve the quality of the print and fabric, we recommend washing our shirts inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can send a replacement.
